Service Description: Our photography company offers professional photography services for various occasions, including but not limited to weddings, portraits, events, and commercial projects. We strive to provide high-quality photographs and exceptional customer service.

Booking and Payment: To secure our services, a non-refundable retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid on the date of the scheduled session or event. We accept payments through various methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, or Zelle.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: In need of canceling or rescheduling our services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. The retainer may be applied towards a future booking if rescheduled within 3 months. In the event of cancellation without rescheduling, the retainer will be forfeited.

Copyright and Usage: All photographs taken by our studio remain the property of the photographer. Clients are granted personal, non-commercial usage rights to the images. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or alteration of the photographs is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

Image Delivery and Editing: We aim to deliver the final edited images within 2 weeks after the session or event. The number of edited images provided will vary depending on the package chosen. Please note that extensive editing requests beyond the standard editing process may incur additional charges.

Model Release: By engaging our services, clients grant us permission to use the photographs for promotional purposes, including online portfolios, social media, marketing materials, and competitions. If you have any concerns regarding privacy, please inform us in writing before the session.

Liability: While we take utmost care in handling equipment and capturing images, we shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, or injury incurred during the session or event. Clients are responsible for their own safety and that of their guests and/or property.

Client Cooperation: We request clients' cooperation and understanding throughout the session or event to ensure the best possible outcome. This includes punctuality, adherence to agreed-upon schedules, and following any instructions provided by the photographer.

Client Satisfaction: Our primary goal is client satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues regarding our services, please notify us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the matter.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
